_{On-Site Consulting Services, LLC was founded by Lee DeYoung who was responsible for Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics for 10 years at Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing as well as an OSHA inspector.  While being an inspecto, he observed many businesses being fined for thousands because they simply did not know they had to comply with certain laws and regulations.  As an OSHA inspector he performed numerous safety, industrial hygiene and ergonomic OSHA inspections as well as represented employers during OSHA inspections.  In a six month OSHA industrial hygiene wall to wall inspection, "NO" Hygiene related citations were issued to his employer. He developed and implemented a comprehensive ergonomics program for Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing.  A 25 and 23 % reduction in Cultative Trauma Injuries was observed in the first two years.  One ergonomic change saved the company $2.3 million the first year.  He developed and implemented Mitsubishi Motors Industrial Hygiene program.}
